Custom Hydraulics and Design offers and array of services to help facilitate your companies need to keep your equipment running efficiently.

• Aeroquip Express™ Store: This is our customer orientated city counter where you will be able to select from a wide variety of standard and metric fluid conveying products. The Express store also carries valves, couplings, filters, clamps, and hydraulic tank accessories. A lot of our customers enjoy the fact that they can stop in and quickly get a hose assembly, fittings and a free ice cream treat! Need on-site service?
• Kitting: We offer kitting services designed to get your assembly line moving. This service allows for one part number to contain as little as two pieces or as large as a complete plumbing kit for an entire machine.
• Tube bending: We are capable of bending tube from ¼’’-1.50’’ and flaring diameters up to 1 ¼’’. With manual and hydraulic benders available we can normally quickly duplicate or manufacture newly designed tube.
• Component Repair: Repairing most major manufacturers we can have your equipment up and running quickly and in a cost efficient manner. If you need a cylinder, pump or valve repaired please give us a call.
• Power Unit Manufacturing: We have designed and built power units for 20 years. Our units are designed to help facilitate maintenance and reduce heat due to inefficiencies. While the majority of our units are in the under 40h.p. range we would love to work with you on larger units.
• Machining: We have full shop capabilities for manual machining. We have built hundreds of custom fittings, flanges, pipe assemblies and manifolds with this equipment. if your design is for a more complex piece we work with several CNC shops that will do this work to specification.

Aeroquip Express™ Van: Our premium on-site hose and fitting replacement service gets you going in a hurry. We have dedicated employees trained to respond at your job site 24 hours 7 days a week.
