Return Policy

•  Items sold from stock or In-Stock at time of order may be Returned with an RGA number within 30 days without penalty. Excluding Cut Lengths or Made To Order Items.
• Special Order items in general are Non-Returnable. If a Return is allowed by the Vendor a Re-Stocking Fee may be imposed.
  
• Special Order items are non-cancellable once order has been placed unless written notice that an exception has been allowed. Cancellation fees may be imposed by the manufacturer and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  
• Special Order Policy applies to order quantities greater than normal stock levels.
  
• Cut Lengths and Made To Order Items are Non-Returnable.
  
• Blanket Orders are Non-Cancellable and must be taken in the agreed amount of time. Please contact sales in writing regarding any modifications that may be requested.
