New Customer Sign up Process:

1. Click "New Customer".
2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
3. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link provided.
4. Complete the account setup by entering:
• A Password
• Your Address and Phone Number
• How you heard about us
• Your Primary Business Type
5. Submit your details. An email will confirm your account is pending approval.
6. A CHD employee reviews and approves your account.
7. Once approved, you'll receive an approval email and gain access to the site.

Existing Customer Sign up Process:

1. Click "Existing Customer".
2. Enter First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Invoice Number, Customer Code, and Zip Code.
3. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link provided.
4. Complete the Account setup by entering:
• A Password
• Your Address and Phone Number
• How you heard about us
• Your Primary Business Type
5. An email will confirm your account is pending approval.
6. A CHD employee reviews and approves your account.
7. Once approved, you'll receive and approval email and gain access to the site.
