Tube Bending & Assemblies
Precision tube bending, forming, and assemblies | built to spec, with the material your application requires.
Overview:
There are many applications where tubing is required over a hose. Using tubing is a way to route fluid or gas through a system with less connection points, flow restrictions, and reduces the chance of failure.
We take care of the full range of tube work, from bending and forming to complete assemblies. We offer a variety of different materials for all types of applications. Our CNC tube bender can bend tube up to 2”, and our 3D tube measurement scanner we can scan an existing tube assembly to capture the exact bends and measurements. This means if you have an existing part that needs to be replaced, there is no need for a CAD drawing.
The process stays consistent whether we are producing a single prototype or a full production run. We confirm the specifications up front, hold every bend to tolerance, and check each piece before it is shipped.

Tube Services We Offer:
Tube Bending
Precision bends up to 2” diameter.
Tube Forming
Include flares and end forms, this benefits the assemblies by: Improved sealing, Fewer extra components, cleaner more professional assemblies, gives more design flexibility.
Tube Assemblies
A complete assembly including welding, fittings, or flanges as needed.
Precise Scanning & Duplication
3D scan existing tubing for exact-match duplication.
Prototype & First-piece Validation
Ensure the part meets all requirements and specifications before production begins.

Tube Assembly

Endforming
Create a strong, leak-resistant seal formed directly from the tube material, there is no welds or fittings needed. This mechanical connection method is more cost-effective than traditional connections and delivers consistent, repeatable results across every assembly.
Brazing
Join tube components by using a filler metal into the joints, this creates a strong metallurgical bond without melting the base metal. This creates a leak-tight, vibration-resistant connection that’s ideal for fluid and gas transfer, while staying cost-effective at scale.
Bending
Using our CNC tube benders, we can bend tube up to 2" in diameter into precise angles and radii while maintaining consistent wall thickness and structural integrity. This process eliminates the need for additional fittings or welded joints, delivering accurate, repeatable shapes that hold up under high pressure and vibration.
Brackets
Secure your assembly with a selection of different brackets. Keep your tube assemblies properly positioned and routed while protecting it from vibration, movement, and stress at connection points.
Part Identification
All parts can be marked/labeled with any information you deem necessary for your operations.
Welding
We weld fittings, brackets, and components directly onto the tube assemblies to create strong, permanent connections built to handle high pressure and vibration. This creates a durable, leak-resistant joint while allowing for custom configurations made to each assembly’s application.
Packaging
All parts and assemblies packaged and with caps and plugs to ensure the assembly is clean and protected during shipment.
