NAHAD In The Bahamas 2023
Attending the 2023 NAHAD conference in the Bahamas was an unforgettable experience. It was an honor to interact and learn from some of the industry's best and brightest, and I'm grateful for every moment of it.
The workshop sessions throughout the conference were incredibly insightful and informative. The ITR Presentation and Luncheon Keynote by Ross Bernstein were particularly motivating and left a lasting impression on me. However, the Dale Carnegie workshop given by Patrick Finnegan were undoubtedly standout sessions, with practical tips and tricks to improve anyone's sales techniques.
Another highlight of the conference was the Showcase of Hose Solutions, which allowed me to connect with current and potential manufacturers and witness the level of innovation and creativity present in the industry. It was fascinating to see the range of products and services that these manufacturers and distributors offer, and to hear about their unique approaches to problem-solving and customer service. I made a ton of valuable new connections and learned a great deal about what is possible in our industry.
Of course, it wasn't all work and no play! The hospitality suites offered by some of the manufacturers were a great way to unwind and network with NAHAD members, and create lasting relationships within the industry. The ending ceremony party on the beach was not only beautiful but an absolute blast.
